At Pip’s Cookie Jar, we believe if you’re going to treat yourself, you better do it right. No apologies, just really good cookies.

Behind the Jar
My obsession with the kitchen started in high school, recreating Food Network and local restaurant recipes with my dad while he was home recovering from an NSTEMI. Those afternoons taught me that while cooking is a science, baking is a chemistry and I’ve been the confectionary chemist ever since.
It all started with a challenge cookie: perfecting an Oatmeal Raisin for my husband, Philip (even if it’s my least favorite). That one recipe turned into a calling to share these little pieces of my heart with more than just family, leading me to officially open Pip's Cookie Jar in July 2025.
